Receptionist at ISS Facility Services

As a receptionist at ISS Facility Services, you will be the face of the company and provide excellent service to both external visitors and internal employees. ABOUT THE POSITION

ISS currently has an exciting collaboration with a major client in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. As a student, you will have the opportunity to work approximately 2-3 days a week at the sites in Arendal, Lindholmen, and Lundby. The work is scheduled during the day and may vary between sites, so we expect you to be flexible and available on short notice. As a receptionist at ISS, you will independently manage the reception, where opening and closing may occur.

You will be offered

  • A part-time position of approximately 2-3 days a week
  • A flexible workplace with different receptions
  • An introduction of about 1 week and internal training before starting
  • A scheduling system where you input your availability
  • A dedicated consultant manager from Academic Work

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Customer/visitor reception
  • Conference bookings
  • Mail and package handling
  • Meeting bookings
  • Email and phone support

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is fluent in Swedish and English as both languages are used daily
  • Is currently studying at least 50% and has at least 1.5 years left in your studies
  • Is willing to work at different sites on different days and be available on short notice
  • Is available at least 2-3 days a week

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with similar tasks in a reception
